There are two parts to property preservation. The banks and their servicers handle the phase one securing of the property when it becomes abandoned and before foreclosure. On HUD properties, in phase two, the inspection and property preservation tasks continue as HUD contractors prepare and maintain these HUD REO properties during the 'for sale' marketing process. Lock Rekeying Kit
This rekeying kit contains the special tools and written instructions that you will need to rekey a Kwikset lock. It will rekey the standard Kwikset knob-lock and dead-bolt lock that you will find on most foreclosure homes. It can not be used to rekey other locks. This DVD features a barking dog named "Bosco".
