Tips On Resizing High Resolution Photos to 640x480 pixels (9 Min) - Richard Law talks about FREE PC software to resize digital photos. Blair Howard sent this great feedback information. Bulk resizing images to 640X480 is easy enough to do in Microsoft Windows Explorer. Simply go to MS Windows Explorer and open the folder that contains your pix, then go to "edit>select all," then click on "file" at top left of the tool bar. In the drop-down box you'll see "Resize Pictures." Click on this and another box will open. Here you'll find a number of choices, including 640x480. Before you choose that, however, you might want to click on the "Advanced" button. This will expand the box to offer two more options, one of which is "resize the originals - don't make copies." I always check this box. If not, the smaller copies will all need to be renamed. So, check the "Resize Originals" box and then choose the 640x480 size. Either that or choose "custom" and enter you own size. Now click "OK" and watch the resizing as it goes to work. It's quick and easy. Hope that helps.

Validation (16 Min) - The principle of validation can take on many meanings in English or
any other language. The best definition I’ve read (as it relates to human potential) is this 10-word sentence: ”A specific acknowledgment of appreciation for a task well done.” But the most curious thing about validation is that it feels just as good to the person who does the validating as it does to the person who gets validated.

Field service representatives love it when a vendor manager validates them and tells them they are doing a great job in the field. Vendor managers love it when field representatives validate them and applaud them for a great job.

This should be a required video to watch for all vendor managers and field service representatives. Validation is important!
