If you are not satisfied with your SOFI purchase please contact our office [Contact Information] for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within SEVEN (7)  days of the receipt of the product.

Please contact SOFI for a return SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE you return any product. We suggest tracking or insurance on any product returned. Do not use the book/media shipping because of the long shipping times.
 
Upon the receipt of your returned product, SOFI will immediately refund the purchase price less the amount of postage required to ship the product to you.
